Sales Analysis (Add-On Tax)

Menu item sales and performance report that shows sales data.

Description

The Sales Analysis report is a menu item sales and performance report that consists of a table that shows sales data. This report compares sales performance with the option to select the variables compared. For example, you can compare sales of menu items across all locations or compare revenue center sales by business date. This report is for restaurants with add-on taxes.

Permission: Sales and Operations.

Specialized parameters:

• Click Edit Parameters and then use the Other parameter to select Itemize by and Group by options. The itemize by selection is nested within the group by selection when you run the report.

• Click Edit Parameters and then use the Menu Items parameter to select menu items to be included in the report.
