Inventory Templates

Inventory templates are used to define how inventory counts are created.

You can access inventory templates via the List portlet or the Quick Actions portlet.

List Portlet

Add a new List portlet to the Dashboard, select ORBO Inventory Template from the List Type drop-down list, and then click the Save button. The list of existing Inventory Templates is displayed in the Dashboard portlet.

The ORBO Inventory Template portlet header allows you to:

• Navigate between records using the < and > pagination symbols.
• Navigate between records using the Name drop-down.
• Open the main ORBO Inventory Template List by clicking the link for the Total number of groups, allowing direct access to the main records.

The ORBO Inventory Template List allows you to edit information directly in the list and open the inventory template record to view or edit it.

Quick Actions Portlet

Alternatively, add a shortcut to the Quick Actions portlet and use it to access the ORBO Inventory Templates List directly.
