Portlet Views and Navigation

Wide View (Center of Dashboard)

• Click a category header to expand or collapse it.
• Click a group header to expand or collapse its shortcuts.
• Click a shortcut to navigate to the associated page.

Narrow View (Left/Right Side of Dashboard, Mobile or Small Screen)

• Tap the menu icon () to select a category.
• The shortcuts for the selected category are displayed in a list.
• Tap a shortcut to navigate to the associated page.

Portlet State on Tabs

You can add the portlet to multiple tabs on a user's dashboard. The system remembers the state on each tab. Consider the following example:

• On the Dashboard page, the portlet displays the Home section.
• On the Inventory tab, the portlet displays the Inventory section.
• On the Ordering tab, the portlet displays the Ordering/Receiving section.

If the user changes the displayed section, the selection is saved for that user. The next time the user opens the tab, the portlet displays the last selected section.
