Link a Menu Item to Inventory Items

1. On the Dashboard page side navigation menu, click Recipe, and then click Menu Item Linking.

   The Menu Item Linking page displays all POS menu items and their linking status based on the filters selected.

2. Use the drop-down lists to filter the results, select the relevant Menu Item Name, and then click Link.
3. In the Location drop-down list, select a specific location or select All.
4. Select a Depletion Location if the stock on hand should not be depleted in the sales location.
5. If the same menu item linking applies to every price level, select Always use Price Level 1.
6. If menu item links differ by price level, select Use individual linking for each Price Level, and then select one or more price levels.
7. At the bottom of the page, click Link Item.

   Alternatively, place the cursor in the Item field and select from the list.

8. (Optional) Change the item quantity in the Qty field.
9. Click Update to save.
