System Requirements and Supported Devices

The Engagement module included in Oracle Hospitality Simphony version 19.1 works with Oracle Hospitality Enterprise Back Office version 9.0 (or later).

The Engagement service is supported on workstations running the Microsoft Windows 8.1 and 10 operating systems.

You can use Engagement on the following devices:

• Oracle MICROS Tablet E-Series 8-inch and 11-inch models

• Oracle MICROS Tablet 700 series

• Oracle MICROS Workstation 6 Series

• Oracle MICROS Compact Workstation 310
