Setting Table Management Functions in Check Detail
Select the Enterprise, property, or revenue center, click Configuration, and then click Page Design.
Double-click the page that contains the Check Detail area.
Select the Check Detail area on
the page.
Select Show Seat Number to provide
the workstation operator with a visual representation of the seat
number associated with a menu item or guest on the check detail area.
Select Enable Gestures to allow
the workstation operator to access a menu of options when long-pressing
on the guest check.
The long-press options include:
Change Item Seat
Change Item Course
View By Item Entry
View By Seat
View By Course
Select the view mode from the Initial View Mode drop-down list.
This is the view shown when the workstation operator initially
sees the guest check. Oracle recommends selecting the View
By Seat mode for restaurants that allow multiple loyalty
accounts on a single guest check.
