Configuring the Givex Tender/Media Record

You must configure six tenders for use with the Givex Processor. The tenders are:

• Gift Card Redeem

• Cash Back

• Points Issue

• Pre Auth

• Promotion Card Redeem

• Ticket Redeem

1. Select the Enterprise or property, click Configuration, and then click Tender/Media.
2. Insert a record, name it Givex Gift Card Redeem, and then click OK.
3. Double-click the record to open it.
4. On the General tab, select 1 - Payment from the Key Type drop-down list.
5. Click Save.
6. Repeat steps 2 through 5 for the remaining tenders, following a similar naming convention (for example, Givex [TENDER/MEDIA NAME]).
