Configuring Pickup Next Check by Service Total Time
You can configure a function key to pick up the next check by service total time. This function allows a workstation operator to pick up the next check based on the service total time, and is typically used in a drive-through environment.
- Select the Enterprise, property, revenue center, or zone, click Configuration, and then click Page Design.
 - Double-click the transaction page on which you want the pickup next check by service total time function key to appear on the workstation.
 - On the Edit tab, select the page area in which to define the Pickup Next Check by Service Total Time key.
 - Click Button.
 - On the General subtab, enter the
button name in the Legend field (for example, 
Pickup Next Check by Service Total Time). - Select Function from the Type drop-down list.
 - Click the black arrow directly beneath the Type drop-down list.
 - Enter 
pickin the Name field, select Pickup Next Check by Service Total Time in the Results list, and then click OK. - Position and size the button on the page. Use the Style arrow to change the color.
 - Click Save.
