Configuring the Givex Service Charge Record

You must configure four service charges for use with the Givex Processor. The service charges are:

  • Register

  • Increment

  • Activate

  • Points Redeem

  1. Select the Enterprise, property, or zone, click Configuration, and then click Service Charges.
  2. Insert a record, name it Givex Register Charge, and then click OK.
  3. Double-click the record to open it.
  4. Select option 14 - Service Charge Used For Stored Value Transactions.
  5. Set other Service Charge fields and options as needed. Configuring Service Charges contains more information about the fields and options.
  6. Click Save.
  7. Repeat steps 2 through 6 for the remaining service charges, following a similar naming convention (for example, Givex [SERVICE CHARGE NAME] Charge).
