Configuring the ValueLink Service Charge Record

You must configure four service charge records for use with the ValueLink Processor for gift card service. The services charges are:.

• ValueLink Activate

• ValueLink Batch Activate

• ValueLink Activation Return

• ValueLink Reload

1. Select the Enterprise, property, or zone, click Configuration, and then click Service Charges.
2. Insert a record, name it ValueLink Activate, and then click OK.
3. Double-click the record to open it.
4. Select option 14 - Service Charge Used For Stored Value Transactions.
5. Set other Service Charge fields and options as needed. Configuring Service Charges contains more information about the fields and options.
6. Click Save.
7. Repeat steps 2 through 6 to create the remaining three service charge records.
