Configuring a Custom Page Template

Custom page templates allow users to be flexible when configuring custom pages in the Page Design module. The following steps describe how to create and configure a custom page template.

  1. Select the Enterprise level, click Setup, and then click Page Templates.
  2. Create a new page template record, import the appropriate template file, and then click Save.
  3. Reopen the Page Templates module, and then click the ... button in the Options tab of the newly created template.
  4. Select option 1 - Can Be Edited “In Template”, and then click OK.
  5. Click Save.
  6. Select the Enterprise level, click Configuration, and then click Page Design.
  7. Create a new page and then select the page template you created in steps 2 through 5 from the Database Templates tab.

    The custom page template now appears in the Page Design module and can be edited.
