41 Engagement Cloud Service
The Engagement Cloud Service is Simphony’s web-based user interface for the Oracle Tablet E-Series and Workstation 6 Series. It is deployed and automatically enabled as part of the Simphony installation.
The Engagement UI includes two types of pages:

Welcome Page: The initial page displayed on tablet devices. Different Welcome Pages can be assigned to individual workstations.

Hub Pages: Pages displayed after an operator signs in and selects the Hub button. Different Hub Pages can be assigned to individual employees.
Pages can contain widgets that enhance workstation functionality. For example, you can display daily specials, image slideshows, social media feeds, and Reporting and Analytics reports on the tablet touchscreen.
The Engagement UI runs within POS Operations and allows you to:
