System Requirements and Supported Devices

The Engagement module included in Simphony version 19.1 and later works with Enterprise Back Office version 9.0 and later.

The Engagement service is supported on workstations running the Microsoft Windows 8.1 and 10 operating systems.

You can use Engagement on the following devices:

• Oracle Tablet E-Series 8-inch and 11-inch models

• Oracle Tablet 700 series

• Oracle Workstation 6 Series

• Oracle Compact Workstation 310
