Menu Item Classes

Create at least two classes:

1. Main items, which are items that customers order from a menu. This includes tax, and allows Suites Condiments group.
2. Ingredients (condiments), which are items printed on labels and reports. This includes tax, and a member of the Suite Condiments group.
