Account User Roles

Account Holder

The Account Holder is the primary user on the account. This role has full administrative privileges, including the ability to manage orders, update account and profile settings, add or remove users, and control notification preferences for all users on the account.

Authorized User

An Authorized User is a secondary user associated with the account. This role can place orders but does not have administrative privileges, meaning they cannot modify account settings, add or remove users, or change overall account preferences. This role is ideal for staff, guests, or team members who need order access without account management authority.
