7 Events Module
The Events module is central to managing and organizing events within the Suites Management application. It enables users to create, manage, and customize events by assigning suites, linking menus, managing accounts, and tracking orders placed during each event. This module provides the tools needed for smooth event operations, ensuring all aspects of event logistics are effectively coordinated.
The Events module allows you to manage events at your venue and includes three key pages:

Events Page
Add and manage events, specifying attributes such as event type, template, performer or team names, event start date, event code, and pre-order cutoff time. You can also upload event logos.- You can import events using an Excel template.
- Events go through several statuses, each with editable fields (Pending, Open, Accepting Pre-Orders, Pre-Orders Closed, Live, Live Orders Closed, and Complete).

Event Types Page
Manage event types (such as entertainment or sports) and the performer or team names associated with each type. Deactivate or duplicate event types as needed.

Event Templates Page
Define event templates to control suite availability, assigned accounts, menus, pantries, kitchens, and liquor rooms. Templates can be marked as active or inactive, and removed when no longer needed.
