Menu Item Setup for PAR Bar Restock

Items must be configured as Available for PAR Bar in the Menu module to be eligible for PAR restocking.

• In the item’s PAR Bar Conversion tab, enable the Available for PAR Bar option.
• Configure the following Units of Measure (UOM) fields:
  • Count Unit: Single unit description (for example, Can or Each).
  • Serving Size: Select from the available serving sizes; only one can be associated with PAR ordering.
  • Purchase Unit: Order size description (for example, 6 Pack or Case).
  • Conversion from Count to Purchase Unit: Defines how many count units are in a purchase unit.

The system automatically calculates and converts item counts as restocking is managed using these UOM settings.
