The Reports module in Suites Management enables venue staff to generate and download detailed reports that support proactive event preparation, execution, and operational review.

• Preparation reports are accessible via an intuitive drawer interface.
• Filtering and grouping options adapt to the operational scope of each report.
• PDF output ensures compatibility for on-site printouts, sharing, or digital archiving.
• Access is controlled by user role; only authorized users can generate and download reports.

The Reports module is divided into two main sections: Event Preparation Reports and Other.
