Select a Lab Test

  1. Navigate to the QUERY BY EXAMPLE page.
  2. Click the Patient tab.

    The Patient view appears, by default.

  3. In the Lab Data section, click Select associated with the Test Name field.

    The Lab Test Name dialog box appears.

  4. Search for a lab test:
    • To find only those lab tests that match your criteria, enter one or more letters of the test name in the Description field, and click Search.
    • To display all lab tests, leave the Description field blank, and click Search.

    The search results appears in the Lab Test Types section.

  5. Select the required test name, and click Select.

    The selected test is populated in the Test Name field.
