Increased CC and BCC fields data length

Increase data entry length for Reporting Destination > SMTP > CC and BCC fields to 4000AN (Enhancement 33019722)

Description

The CC and BCC fields data length on the Code Lists drop-down > Argus option > Reporting Destination field > Add New Reporting Destination section > SMTP tab is increased from 1000 characters to 4000 characters to be able to configure more email addresses.
