Upgrade the Oracle Argus Safety database

Upgrade the Oracle Argus Safety database from 8.1.x to 8.2.3.1

1. Validate the source Oracle Argus Safety database using the CTL Schema Validation source version by executing the Schema Validation batch file located at Software Path\Database\ArgusSafety\SchemaValidation\SchemaValidation.bat.
2. Verify the validation log file, and make sure that there are no errors, or missing and invalid objects.
3. Open the command prompt with administrator rights, and browse to .\Software Path\Database\ArgusSafety\ on the patch folder.
4. Run the dbinstallerUI.bat file and follow the message prompts on the screen to complete the database upgrade.
5. When the database upgrade is complete, review the log file for any errors.
