Incremental ETL new options to disable the dictionary tables population

Incremental ETL should have an option to disable the population of Dictionary Tables (Enhancement 33685973)

Description

The Oracle Argus Mart Initial ETL populates the dictionary tables from Oracle Argus Safety. However, the Incremental ETL is used to populate the dictionary tables from Oracle Argus Safety during every run. Since the dictionary data do not change, there is no need to populate the dictionary tables during every run.

The following common profile switches have been added under Argus Console > System Configuration > System Management (Common profile switch) > Argus Mart:

• Populate MedDRA Dictionary during Incremental ETL
• Populate WHO Drug Dictionary during Incremental ETL

Populate MedDRA Dictionary during Incremental ETL

When the Do not populate MedDRA and MedDRA J tables option is selected, the Incremental ETL does not populate the MedDRA dictionary tables in Argus Mart.

When the Populate MedDRA and MedDRA J Tables option is selected (default), the Incremental ETL populates the WHO Drug dictionary tables in Argus Mart.

Populate WHO Drug Dictionary during Incremental ETL

When the Do not populate WHO Drug tables option is selected, the Incremental ETL does not populate the WHO Drug Dictionary tables in Argus Mart.

When the Populate WHO Drug tables option is selected (default), the Incremental ETL populates the WHO Drug Dictionary tables in Argus Mart.
