Running assignment rules on unassigned requests

Use this procedure to update an assignment rule and then manually run the rule on an unassigned request to route the request.

  1. Select Coding Setup > Unassigned Requests.
    The Unassigned Requests page appears.
  2. Select an unassigned coding request.
  3. Click the Run Assignment Rules button.
