Correcting a synchronization that generates warnings because of mapping to a Clintrial coding target

If a synchronization generates a warning because CIS has rejected mappings or data designated for a Clintrial coding target, use the following workarounds.

Scenario	Workaround - do one of the following actions
CIS rejects initial mappings on a new synchronization connection.	In CIS Administration, remove the synchronization connection, and create a new synchronization connection to a new Clintrial protocol that does not have the coding target that causes the mappings to be rejected. In the Clintrial software, remove the coding target that conflicts with the mapping.
CIS rejects new mappings created after a protocol has been synchronized.	In CIS Administration, edit the transaction with the mappings. In the Clintrial software, remove the coding target that conflicts with the mapping.
CIS rejects a data transaction that includes data mapped to a Clintrial coding target.	In CIS Administration, edit the transaction that has data mapped to a coding target. In the Clintrial software, remove the coding target that conflicts with the mapping.
