Correcting a synchronization that generates warnings because of mapping to a Clintrial coding target

If a synchronization generates a warning because CIS has rejected mappings or data designated for a Clintrial coding target, use the following workarounds.

Scenario

Workaround - do one of the following actions

CIS rejects initial mappings on a new synchronization connection.

  • In CIS Administration, remove the synchronization connection, and create a new synchronization connection to a new Clintrial protocol that does not have the coding target that causes the mappings to be rejected.
  • In the Clintrial software, remove the coding target that conflicts with the mapping.

CIS rejects new mappings created after a protocol has been synchronized.

  • In CIS Administration, edit the transaction with the mappings.
