Modifying updated protocols

If you modify a study in the Central Designer software, create a deployment package and deploy it to the InForm server, the changes are automatically updated in the Clintrial software during the next synchronization. If you make changes to the metadata in the Clintrial software, you must be certain that the mappings remain valid.

Note: Updates to metadata made in the Clintrial software using the Design module may be overwritten during the next synchronization, depending on the objects affected.
