Updated protocols and the Resolve module

The Resolve module is required for correct use of the CIS software with a hybrid study. An existing protocol that was created in the Clintrial software can be set up to use the Resolve module. The Resolve module enables you to manage discrepancies that are generated from data entered with the Enter module.
