Possible problems during study book autocreation

Study book autocreation fails if any of the following conditions exist during study book component generation:

• A visit is repeating but has mappings to a non-Type 2, Type 3, or Type 4 panel.
• The repeat value of an existing block does not match the repeat value of the visit to which it corresponds.
• A form is mapped to more than one panel using the same page key (except in the case of master-detail relationships).
• A form is repeating but has mappings to a non-Type 2 or Type 4 panel.
• A block + page key + panel combination in the INF_PATHMAP table would cause duplicate page keys to go to different panels within the same block (except in the case of master-detail relationships).
• A block + page key + panel combination in the AUDIT, UPDATE, and DATA tables would cause duplicate page keys to go to different panels within the same block (except in the case of master-detail relationships).
• A panel containing an itemset is not Type 4.
• A panel containing a subset item in the INF_PATHMAP table is not Type 4.
