Randomize a subject after Oracle Clinical One Platform didn't allow you to randomize

You might need to randomize a subject again if you weren't able to randomize during the original visit, such as if your site was out of stock for the required kit.

Note:

Remember that you can dispense kits with a Misallocated status to subject who haven't been randomized yet, and are not in an Active state. This is especially useful if your sponsor organization uses a different system to dispense kits to subjects, but also uses Oracle Clinical One Platform to randomize subjects.
  1. On the Home page, determine where to work. For more information, see Access study modes and pages.
  2. Along the top, make sure Subjects is selected.
  3. Filter your view based on country and sites. For more information, see Filter subjects in a study.
  4. In the table, locate the subject you want to randomize.
  5. Select the checkbox to the left of the subject.
  6. Above the table of subjects, from the Manage Subjects drop-down, select Randomize .
  7. Confirm or update the values on the forms for the randomization event.
  8. Click Save and then Randomize at the bottom of the form.
  9. In the confirmation window, click Return to Subjects to return to the list of subjects at the site or click Cancel to remain in the visit.
