If you are applying the OCT 2020 Critical Patch Update, you may encounter an error while launching the Oracle Clinical application. To avoid this error, follow the instructions below:

To verify UNIX operating system details, enter the following command:
uname -a
In addition, to verify the update version for Linux, enter the following command:
cat /etc/issue

To verify Windows operating system details, navigate to the Control Panel, then System and Security, then System.
