Activate your account

Oracle COVID-19 Patient Monitoring System sends you a welcome message with a link to set a password and activate your account. After you activate your account, you can sign in to the application at any time using a mobile device, tablet, or computer.

To activate your account:
  1. In your email Inbox, locate the Welcome to the COVID-19 Patient Monitoring System message sent from noreply@covid19-rx.org or noreply@bulk.covid19-rx.org. (The From name can vary if your organization chose a unique name.)

    Note:

    If you cannot locate the welcome message, check your Spam or Junk email folders. If you find the email, add the sender to your contacts so that future emails reach your Inbox.
  2. Scroll to the bottom of the welcome message, and select Sign In to COVID-19 PMS.

    If more than 36 hours passed since you received the welcome email message, the link expired. Contact the coordinator at your organization who added you to the system and ask that person to send your welcome message again. If an Oracle Customer Success manager added you as the first system user, contact that person to resend your welcome message.

  3. Enter your password, then enter it again to confirm it. Select Set Password.
