Dashboard filters

The Dashboard pages offer powerful filters that let you customize your view of data.

The Dashboard offers several pages of charts, and different pages have different filters. In general, if a filter appears on a page, the filter is applicable to all charts on the page, with some exceptions:

• On the Main Dashboard page, the Activity filter doesn't apply to or affect the Activation, Lateness, and Welcome Emails charts.
• On the Testing Dashboard page, the Test Types filter doesn't apply to or affect the charts below the Self Reported Tests header.

Filter	Description
Activity	For time series charts (charts with vertical bars), choose whether you want to see one bar per day or one bar per week.
Age Group	Select one or more age groups to see data only for participants in those age groups.
County	(Appears only after you select a value for State.) Select one or more counties to see data only for participants who live in those counties.
Entity	Select one or more entities to see data only for participants who are associated with those entities.
Ethnicity	Select one or more ethnicities to see only data for participants who are of those ethnicities.
Health Workers	Select Yes to see only data for participants who are healthcare workers. Select No to not include healthcare workers in the charts.
Sex at Birth	Select either Male or Female to see data only for participants who chose that option as their sex.
State	Select a state from the drop-down to see data only for participants who live in the state.
Status	Select a status to see data only for participants who have the status.
Status Date	Select a date to see data only for daily updates from the date.
Test Types	Select a test type to see data only for results for that test type.
Timeframe	Select a time period to see data only from that time. To see data from a time period outside of the preselected ranges, select Custom. For example, you can create a custom timeframe filter to see data for the month of October, the last two days, or the last year. The custom filter is also useful for comparing time periods, such as two individual weeks months. A custom timeframe can be up to six months long.
ZIP Code	(Appears only after you select options from the State and County filters.) Enter a ZIP code to see data only for participants who live in the ZIP code.
