Manage organizations
Your Oracle Customer Success manager creates your organization with your guidance, so some of the tasks in this section might not be relevant to you.
- Select the organization
If you have access to more than one organization, you can access an option to switch over to the organization you need to manage at any time. - View organization details
You can view the number of users and participants at an organization, the names of the users, and contact information on the Organization page. - Update details about your organization
An organization coordinator can update the email address and phone number for the organization's help desk at any time.
