Mark mapping as Complete
To mark all remaining unmapped columns in a single table as Not Used:

Go to the Column Mapping page for a single table.

Select Mark as Complete from the Mark drop-down.
To mark all remaining unmapped tables as Not Used:

Go to the main transformation page.

Select Mark as Complete from the Actions drop-down in the title bar of the tab.
