Set up the Clinical One Configuration

Clinical One web services and remote locations must be configured in the Administration interface to proceed.
  1. Click the Study Configuration icon Shows gear with pencil iconfrom the navigation bar.
  2. Make sure that the Clinical Data Models tab is selected.
  3. Select Development from the Lifecycle drop-down at the top of the page.
  4. Open the Clinical One clinical data model that you have created by selecting it in the left pane.
    If necessary, see Create a clinical data model for Clinical One data for details on creating data models.
  5. If you haven't already checked out the Clinical One clinical data model, click Check Out.
  6. Click the Clinical One Configuration tab and make the following selections:
    1. Tenant: Select the tenant from the drop down menu.
      Selecting the Tenant will automatically populate the Web Service Location and Remote Location fields if they have been configured in Administration.
    2. Study: Clicking the magnifying glass Icon is a magnifying glass.displays a pop up window where you can view all available studies configured for the selected Tenant. Select a study and click OK.
    3. Clinical One Query Testing Lifecycle: Select either Development or Quality Control.

      Note:

      Both the Development and Quality Control lifecycles correspond to the "Testing" lifecycle in Clinical One.

      Discrepancies can be sent only through the lifecycle configured as the Clinical One Query Testing Lifecycle. When sending discrepancies manually, the Send to Clinical One option will be shown only in the configured lifecycle. In queues, discrepancies will be sent only for the validation checks executed in the configured lifecycle.

  7. Click the Icon is a floppy disk. Save icon.
