Modify the display order for field values
You can specify the order in which valid field values appears in the drop-down list for that field.
- In the left navigation pane, click the Settings icon

). - In the Configure System section, click Manage Topic Workflow Configurations.
- Click the Row Action menu (
) for a configuration, and then click Manage
Fields. - Click the Row Action menu (
) for a field, and then click Define
Values. - Click Modify Display Order.
- Use the
and
keys to move values up and down in the list.
