Manage action states

Each topic workflow configuration defines the workflow states that can be assigned to an action.

• Manage Action States page
  On the Manage Action State page, you can add, modify, and delete the action states.
• View an action state
  You can view action states in the topic workflow configurations.
• Add an action state
  You can add an action state to a topic workflow configuration.
• Edit an action state
  You can edit the name, description, and possible next states for an action state.
• Delete an action state
  You can delete action states; however, you cannot delete the Planned and Init states and action states in use.
