Sign in to Oracle Support

After you create an Oracle Support account, you can sign in and access documents on the portal you choose. For example, you can access support content for Oracle Healthcare Master Person Index on My Oracle Support. You can access support for cloud applications on Oracle Cloud Support.

To sign in to My Oracle Support (or Oracle Cloud Support):
  1. Open a web browser to: https://support.oracle.com. This opens the Welcome to Oracle Support page.
  2. In Sign in, enter your email address and select Next.
  3. Depending on the type of account you created and the support portal you need to access, do one of the following:
    • For My Oracle Support (hardware, on-premise software, and managed cloud), select Sign in with your Oracle account from the My Oracle Support section.
    • For My Oracle Cloud Support (Oracle cloud infrastructure and cloud applications), select Sign in with your Oracle account from the My Oracle Cloud Support section.

    Note:

    For other choices, select the service you need from the Others drop-down list. For example, if you select Cerner, a page opens with details on how to contact support through phone, eService, or community channels.
  4. Follow the prompts to enter your username and password and access the Support site. (Your username is the email address you used when you set up your account.)
