Recover your user name

If your organization uses the Security Questions workflow to reset the account password, contact your delegated administrator or Health Sciences Support to recover your user name. If your organization uses the Email Link workflow to reset the account password, perform the following steps to recover your user name.

  1. Click Trouble Signing In? on the Sign In page.
  2. Enter your email address.
  3. Click Continue.
  4. Click Send.

An email containing your user name is sent to your email address. If you do not receive the email, click Send Another Email.

If you do not receive the email after three attempts, contact your delegated administrator or Health Sciences Support.
