Unlock a locked account
If you enter an incorrect password 5 times in a row, your account gets locked. To unlock a locked account, you need to reset your password.
- If your organization uses the Security Questions workflow to reset the account password, perform the following steps to unlock a locked account:

- Click Trouble Signing In? on the Sign In page.
- Enter your user name, and click Next.
- Enter answers for the challenge questions, and click Next.
- Enter your new password, and confirm the password.
- Click Save.
- If your organization uses the Email Link workflow to reset the account password, perform the following steps to unlock a locked account:

- Click Trouble Signing In? on the Sign In page.
- Enter your user name, and click Continue.
- Click Send.
An email containing a link to reset your account password is sent to your email address.
- Click the link in the email you received.
- Enter your new password and confirm the password.
- Click Continue.
Your password is reset.
What if I can't reset my password? Contact your delegated administrator or Health Sciences Support and ask them to reset the password for you.
