Freezing and locking icons
When you freeze or lock a form or case book, a freeze icon (snowflake 
) or a lock icon (padlock 
) appears next to the CRF or case book traffic lights on the Case Books List, Time and Events Schedule, Source Verification Listing, and Required Signatures form.
If a form or case book is both frozen and locked, both icons appear next to its corresponding traffic light.
