Subjects: Subject Status by Month and Year

The Subjects: Subject Status by Month and Year report elements let you create reports on subject status by month. Use these report elements with subject status counts to see the number of subjects who were assigned a particular status each month.

If the report is sorted by one of the Month/Year report elements. (You can apply a filter to specify a date range to one appropriate for your study.) You can then add the Subject Count element to see how many forms were assigned a particular status in each month.

Report element	Description
Subject Status Month, Year	Data type: Date/Time Description: Each month/year combination from the start of the study to present day. Use this column with Subject Count to see the month and year each subject was assigned the current InForm status. Date type: System date (GMT), derived for display.
Screened Month, Year	Data type: Date/Time Description: Each month/year combination from the start of the study to present day. Use this column with Subject Count to see how many subjects were screened in the InForm application each month. Date type: System date (GMT), derived for display.
Enrolled Month, Year	Data type: Date/Time Description: Each month/year combination from the start of the study to present day. Use this column with Subject Count to see how many subjects were enrolled each month. Date type: System date (GMT), derived for display.
Randomized Month, Year	Data type: Date/Time Description: Each month/year combination from the start of the study to present day. Use this column with Subject Count to see how many subjects were randomized in the InForm application each month. Date type: System date (GMT), derived for display.
Subject Complete Month, Year	Data type: Date/Time Description: Each month/year combination from the start of the study to present day. Use this column with Subject Count to see how many subjects were completed each month. Date type: System date (GMT), derived for display.
Dropped Month, Year	Data type: Date/Time Description: Each month/year combination from the start of the study to present day. Use this column with Subject Count to see how many subjects dropped out of the study each month. Date type: System date (GMT), derived for display.
