Subjects: CRB Status Counts

The Subjects: CRB Status Counts return metrics on the number of case books in various states. CRB states are set at the case book level only. A CRB state is not set by actions performed on individual forms within the case book.

CRB Status Counts

Report element	Description
CRB Started	Data type: Numeric Description: The number of started case books in the InForm application. How calculated: Counts case books that have a started noncommon form from the first visit in the case book; that is, with any entered data, queries, or comments on the form. Data source: Derived and stored in the Reporting and Analysis database.
CRB SV Ready	Data type: Numeric Description: The number of case books with a current status of SV ready. How calculated: Counts case books that have a current status of SV ready. Data source: Replicated from the InForm transactional database to the Reporting and Analysis database.
CRB Frozen	Data type: Numeric Description: The number of frozen case books. How calculated: Counts case books that have a current status of Frozen. Data source: Replicated from the InForm transactional database to the Reporting and Analysis database.
CRB Signed	Data type: Numeric Description: The number of case books that have been signed. How calculated: Counts case books that have a current status of Signed. Data source: Replicated from the InForm transactional database to the Reporting and Analysis database.
CRB Locked	Data type: Numeric Description: The number of locked case books. How calculated: Counts case books that have a current status of Locked. Data source: Replicated from the InForm transactional database to the Reporting and Analysis database.
CRB w/ Query	Data type: Numeric Description: The number of the case books that have at least one opened or unanswered query. How calculated: Counts case books that have at least one form with at least one opened or answered query. Does not count case books that only have an associated query in the Candidate state. Data source: Derived and stored in the Reporting and Analysis database.
