Code values and text values

Some clinical data is represented both by a text value and a code in the Reporting and Analysis database. For example, a Yes answer to a question on a form is stored both as Yes and as 1 in the database.

To include a text value for your clinical data, include the report element from the Basic Data folder. To include the code value for your clinical data, include the report element from the Additional Data folder.
