I can't see date time information in my report

A site user might have selected Unknown for one of the date time items you included in your report.

If a site user selected Unknown for one or more parts of a date time item, InForm stores the date values in a date string column only. To fix this issue, add the string value (the report item named YYYYMMDD ~ [control label]) to your report to see data for the date time item.
