CRF Cycle Time Detail by Site

This report shows the measures of data-entry performance, by site and visit, by showing the number of days from:

Date of visit to form started.
Date of visit to form completed.
Form completed to form source verified.
Form completed to form locked.

Note: This calculation relies on the use of the DOV controls specified in the form design.

Tip: For the best performance, do not select any optional filters on the Selection Criteria page.

Subtotals and totals

Subtotals—By site and country.
- Min—Lowest minimum value for any site in the country.
- Max—Highest maximum value for any site in the country.
- Median—No value.
Totals—Overall form count totals.
- Min—Lowest minimum value for any site in the country.
- Max—Highest maximum value for any site in the country.
- Median—No value.

Column descriptions

Column	Description
Country	Data type: String Description: The country in which a site is located, as entered in the InForm Administration interface. Data source: Replicated from the InForm transactional database to the Reporting and Analysis database.
Site Mnemonic	Data type: String Description: An abbreviation that identifies a site, as entered in the InForm Administration interface. Data source: Replicated from the InForm transactional database to the Reporting and Analysis database.
Visit Mnemonic	Data type: String Description: An abbreviation of the visit title, as specified in the study design. For CRF visits, this title appears at the top of a collection of forms in the visit timeline and may not be a unique identifier. Data source: Replicated from the InForm transactional database to the Reporting and Analysis database.
Form Counts: Expected	Data type: Numeric Description: The total count of all forms that are expected across all subjects, by visit and by site. How calculated: This number reflects the number of expected forms for the site based on the definition of Expected forms. For more information, see Form elements and expected forms. Data source: Derived for the report; not stored in the Reporting and Analysis database.
Form Counts: Started	Data type: Numeric Description: Total count of all forms that are started across all subjects, by visit and by site. How calculated: An expected form is considered started if any type of data entry activity (form data, queries, or comments) has started on the form. Data source: Replicated from the InForm transactional database to the Reporting and Analysis database.
Form Counts: Completed	Data type: Numeric Description: Total count of all forms that are complete across all subjects, by visit and by site. How calculated: Counts forms that are expected and meet the following criteria: Are started. Contain data for all required items. For a repeating form, the form is not in a deleted state. For an itemset form, the form is complete even if all the instances are deleted. Data source: Derived and stored in the Reporting and Analysis database.
DOV to Form Started (Days): Min, Max, Median	Data type: Numeric Description: The number of days from the date entered on the DOV form to the first day on which any data entry activity (item data, comments, or queries) started. For each visit, this section displays: Minimum number of days taken by InForm users, across all forms and all subjects for each visit at every site, to start a form from the date entered in the DOV form. Maximum number of days taken by InForm users, across all forms and all subjects for each visit at every site, to start a form from the date entered in the DOV form. Median value for the number of days taken by InForm users, across all forms and all subjects for each visit at every site, to start a form from the date entered in the DOV form for all forms in the visit. DOV to Form Completed (Days): Min, Max, Median	Data type: Numeric Description: The number of days from the date entered on the DOV form to the most recent date on which all of the required items on the form contain data. For each visit, this section displays: Minimum number of days taken by InForm users, across all forms and all subjects for each visit at every site, to complete a form from the date entered in the DOV form. Maximum number of days taken by InForm users, across all forms and all subjects for each visit at every site, to complete a form from the date entered in the DOV form. Median value for the number of days taken by InForm users, across all forms and all subjects for each visit at every site, to complete a form from the date entered in the DOV form for all forms in the visit. Form Completed to SV Complete (Days): Min, Max, Median	Data type: Numeric Description: The number of days from the earliest date on which the form was complete to the most recent date when the form was marked Verified. A form is considered Verified if one of the following is true: The form does not contain critical items, and all items on the form that are marked SV Required are verified. The form contains critical items, and all critical items on the form are verified. The form is on the Critical Forms list, and all items on the form that are marked SV Required are verified. The subject with which the form is associated is in the SV Pool, and all items marked SV Required are verified. The subject with which the form is associated is not in the SV Pool, but an item on the form is marked critical for that subject, and all items marked SV Required are verified. If none of the items on the form require source verification, the InForm application marks the form Verified. For each visit, this section displays: Minimum number of days, across all forms and all subjects for each visit at every site, to complete the source verification process from the date of form completion. Maximum number of days, across all forms and all subjects for each visit at every site, to complete the source verification process from the date of form completion. Median value of number of days, across all forms and all subjects for each visit at every site, to complete the source verification process from date of form completion. Form Completed to Form Locked (Days): Min, Max, Median	Data type: Numeric Description: The number of days from the earliest date on which the form was complete to the most recent date on which the form was locked. For each visit, this section displays: Minimum number of days, across all forms and all subjects for each visit at every site, to lock the form from the date of form completion. Maximum of days, across all forms and all subjects for each visit at every site, to lock the form from the date of form completion. Median value of number of days, across all forms and all subjects for each visit at every site, to lock the form from the date of form completion.
