CRF Cycle Time Detail by Site
This report shows the measures of data-entry performance, by site and visit, by showing the number of days from:
- Date of visit to form started.
- Date of visit to form completed.
- Form completed to form source verified.
- Form completed to form locked.
Note: This calculation relies on the use of the DOV controls specified in the form design.
Tip: For the best performance, do not select any optional filters on the Selection Criteria page.
Subtotals and totals
- Subtotals—By site and country.
- Min—Lowest minimum value for any site in the country.
- Max—Highest maximum value for any site in the country.
- Median—No value.
- Totals—Overall form count totals.
- Min—Lowest minimum value for any site in the country.
- Max—Highest maximum value for any site in the country.
- Median—No value.

Form Counts: Expected |
Data type: Numeric Description: The total count of all forms that are expected across all subjects, by visit and by site. How calculated: This number reflects the number of expected forms for the site based on the definition of Expected forms. For more information, see Form elements and expected forms. Data source: Derived for the report; not stored in the Reporting and Analysis database. |
Form Counts: Started |
Data type: Numeric Description: Total count of all forms that are started across all subjects, by visit and by site. How calculated: An expected form is considered started if any type of data entry activity (form data, queries, or comments) has started on the form. Data source: Replicated from the InForm transactional database to the Reporting and Analysis database. |
Form Counts: Completed |
Data type: Numeric Description: Total count of all forms that are complete across all subjects, by visit and by site. How calculated: Counts forms that are expected and meet the following criteria:
Data source: Derived and stored in the Reporting and Analysis database. |
DOV to Form Started (Days): Min, Max, Median |
Data type: Numeric Description: The number of days from the date entered on the DOV form to the first day on which any data entry activity (item data, comments, or queries) started. For each visit, this section displays:

DOV to Form Completed (Days): Min, Max, Median |
Data type: Numeric Description: The number of days from the date entered on the DOV form to the most recent date on which all of the required items on the form contain data. For each visit, this section displays:

Form Completed to SV Complete (Days): Min, Max, Median |
Data type: Numeric Description: The number of days from the earliest date on which the form was complete to the most recent date when the form was marked Verified. A form is considered Verified if one of the following is true:
If none of the items on the form require source verification, the InForm application marks the form Verified. For each visit, this section displays:
