Complete your required InForm training on HS Learn

Your UMT Administrator assigns you to take any InForm training that is required for your participation in any assigned InForm studies. Depending on the training resources your Sponsor uses, you'll be assigned to Oracle's Health Sciences Learn (HS Learn) training, or to an alternative training resource.

Note: The process for completing the required assigned InForm training is the same for SSO and non-SSO accounts.

If you are assigned to take HS Learn training:

  1. You will receive one email from Clinical_One@OracleIndustry.com with the subject line HS Learn Course Assignment which includes a link to the training:
    • The first time you are assigned to any course by any Sponsor.
    • If you are assigned to the same course by any Sponsor 12 months or more after you most recently completed the course.
  2. In the HS Learn Course Assignment email, click the Complete Training Now button.
    • If you have an Oracle Account, which is used to access the online training in HS Learn, a Sign in page appears and you can sign in to HS Learn to complete your assigned training.
    • If you don't have an Oracle Account, you can create one by clicking Create Account on the Sign in page. For more information, see How do I create an Oracle Account for signing in to HS Learn?.

After you complete all assigned HS Learn training, the training status for your account will automatically be updated to Trained, which is required for the study access process to continue.

Note: You can sign in to HS Learn at any time to see your training history, or to view and download your training completion certificates.
