Remove disableXSRF

1. Navigate to CognosInstallDir/wlp/usr/servers/cognosserver.
2. Open the bootstrap.properties file using Notepad.
3. Remove the following line from the file:

   disableXSRFCheck=true
   

4. Save the changes by clicking File and then Save.
5. Close the file.
