Post-installation steps

After installing the patch, perform the required post-installation steps.

To perform the post-installation steps:
  1. Stop the WebLogic Admin and HIM Managed Servers.
  2. Connect to the HRLCORE database schema and create the following database type:
    • CREATE OR REPLACE TYPE HRL_UUID_TABLE_TYPE AS TABLE OF VARCHAR2(100);/
  3. Add the following property to the xconfig.xml file under the localregistry section:

    <Property name="ITI62CollectionBindEnabled">false</Property>

    • When set to true, ITI-62 DeleteDocumentSet processing uses the HRL database collection type for the affected SQL queries.
    • When set to false, or when the property is not configured, ITI-62 DeleteDocumentSet processing uses the existing variable-length scalar bind behavior. The default value is false.

    Note:

    The xconfig.xml file is located at <HRL_DOMAIN>\config\hrl\config\xconfig.xml.
  4. For the HIM XPID module, do the following:

    If you are using the HIM XPID module, make sure that the HIM XPID module (rls-hl7v2-lifecycle-module.zip) file is already extracted on the middle tier and that you configured the RLS_IHE_HL7V2_HOME variable to the extracted directory in the xpid.properties file.
    • Copy <ohim404_patch_dir>/common/mina-core-2.1.15.jar file to <RLS_IHE_HL7V2_HOME>/lib.
    • Copy <ohim404_patch_dir>/xpid/ihe-mpi-hl7v2-management.jar file to <RLS_IHE_HL7V2_HOME>/lib.
    • Remove mina-core-2.1.10.jar file from <RLS_IHE_HL7V2_HOME>/lib.
  5. Start the WebLogic Admin and HIM Managed Servers.
  6. For the HIM Policy Monitor module, do the following:

    Note:

    If you are using the HIM Policy Monitor module, make sure that the PM module is stopped once the following files are copied to the Policy Monitor installation directory <ARR_HOME>, and then restart the Policy Monitor.
    • Copy <ohim404_patch_dir>/common/mina-core-2.1.15.jar file to <ARR_HOME>/lib.
    • Update <ARR_HOME>/bin/arr.bat file to use mina-core-2.1.15.jar in the classpath.
    • Update <ARR_HOME>/bin/arr.sh file to use mina-core-2.1.15.jar in the classpath.
    • Update <ARR_HOME>/bin/arrd-start.sh file to use mina-core-2.1.15.jar in the classpath.
    • Remove mina-core-2.1.10.jar file from <ARR_HOME>/lib.
