Modifying a Parameter Definition
If you have the necessary privileges, you can modify a Parameter definition directly in the Application Area or Domain, or through an instance of the Parameter in a Parameter Set in an Application Area or Domain.
Note:
Never change anything in a Parameter definition from a Load Set, Data Mart, and Business Area. If you do, the adapter you used to create the Load Set, Data Mart, or Business Area, becomes invalid and either you cannot create any more objects of that adapter type, or the objects you create do not work.
