5.19 Grant Security Rights to Seeded Adapters

In order to ensure that seeded adapters have the security rights they need to call APIs, do the following:

  1. Make sure that no LSH session is up and running.
  2. Log in to SQL*Plus as apps.
  3. Run $CDR_TOP/patch/115/sql/cdradaptergrants.sql
